Please note that during peak seasons (December to October), especially for larger vehicles like Sprinters, availability may be limited. We recommend booking your transfers well in advance to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment:
* Full payment is required at the time of booking.
* Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Cancellation:
* 15-10 days before the tour start: 100% refund
* 9-3 days before the tour start: 50% refund
* 2-0 days (no-show): 0% refund

* Minimum Booking Period: Bookings must be made at least 5 days prior to the travel date. For bookings within 5 days, please contact us directly to confirm availability.
